We are delighted to welcome new patients to the Smile Suite and look forward to serving your dental needs. All patient forms are available online below and may be downloaded and completed prior to your appointment. What to Expect

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with warmth and brought into a treatment room to discuss your concerns and dental needs with Dr. Staas. First appointments typically include a thorough cleaning, dental exam, and digital x-rays. This first visit will give you an informed overview of your oral and dental health.
